this is an amazing dip for veggies, wings, whatever. it goes well on sandwiches, potatoes, steak, or simply roll around in it. SERIOUS flavor & SUPER EASY to make.
blue cheese & carmelized shallot dip

just thin slice shallots (i did not have enough so i used leeks as well) in oil till golden brown. it takes a little time to do this well. then simply whisk it together with mayo, sour cream, & the best blue cheese you can find.

a FABULOUS go-to dip for any occasion.

the wings are marinated in keffir overnight, then cooked covered in the oven for half an hour at 350, then cooked another half hour at 400 uncovered. i toss them in melted butter with sriracha sauce.
