this morning i made another batch of ravioli. a half a dozen tore so instead of throwing them out, i fried them.
put 2 inches of vegetable oil in a small pan.
dip ravioli in egg/milk & coat with matzo/garlic powder/oregano mix. fry a minute on each side.
i used the rest of the previous posts mushroom sauce & added a can of tomato sauce, some cream & a bit of paste. top with parmesean reggiano.
i coated a piece of whitefish in the same batter & fried it up with some broiled asparagus. delicious & very inexpensive-that whitefish cost $2.50!
