i had to use up prosciutto & herbed goat cheese so i made little cigars for appetizers, masoor daal lentil soup for main course, & for dessert, i searched supercook and much to my delight, was able to use up mealy braeburn apples that would have gone in the trash (something i LOATHE doing is throwing out food). what better than apple almond crisp? it’s a tasty carmely cobbler num num! my tummy is very happy 🙂
