i couldn’t help myself & got up extra early so i could make another batch of the couscous. but after it was completed, i stared at it & realized that couscous is easy, light, relatively healthy, good warm or cold & can be tossed with just about anything. no proscuitto or goat cheese needed. now i have a nice light lunch that will travel along with me today.
grains are interesting. with the tomato couscous i bought brown basmati & something else that is SO interesting-bamboo rice. it’s a short grain sticky type with flavor of green tea.
