today i decided to use up some of the fresh dill i purchased for yesterday’s couscous dish. i also had some yukon gold potatoes starting to sprout & go rubbery, so i knew i had to make my dill horseradish potato salad. it wasn’t until i went shopping that i figured out the main dish to suit this nice & light salad-i’ve made this a few times before & love it because it’s half mayo & half yogurt, which really brightens & lightens. this awesome recipe is
